CCL is a Church soccer league fellowship established in January 2012 by Washington DC area churches.

Church Champions League is a Church soccer league fellowship established in January 2012 by Washington DC area churches that came together in unity to strengthen cross-church relations. After holding a couple of games among different churches, Eritrean Ebenezer Church Pastor, Pastor Goitom envisioned a league where Ethiopian & Eritreans christian churches would come together once a year, for a time of fellowship through a soccer tournament that encompass worship/preaching conferences & experience/knowledge sharing seminars like church video recording, live website streaming etc, has fun activities for kids/families and involves various food/product vendors.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the accident and subsequent passing of your beloved husband Getachew and mother-in-law Ms. Worke. At this difficult time, we realize that words may seem empty as you are grieving the loss of your loved ones.
